Refund Policy

Every course comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If a course isn't right for you, contact Ania within 30 days of your purchase at ania@craftydamsel.com and you'll receive a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. We are committed to your success, so if you encounter any issues or need assistance at any point, please reach out - we strive for a 100% satisfaction rate and will work with you to resolve any concerns through direct support.

Course Access

Courses currently include lifetime access for the lifespan of the product. While we actively evaluate our access models, any changes to future pricing structures will NOT affect existing customers. If you purchased lifetime access, you will retain it forever.

Payment & Data Processing

We use strictly secure, industry-standard third-party processors. Payments are processed via Stripe, and user data is securely managed via Supabase. We do not store credit card details on our own servers.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
